般职能：
According to the requirement of the quality management system, assist quality manager with supervision, inspection and evaluation of the company’s quality management system running at the time. Improve product’s quality and participate in new products development and ensure related quality is being implemented.
根据质量管理体系要求，协助质量部经理对公司质量管理体系运行情况进行监督检查和评价。推进生产产品的品质提高，参与新产品的研制和保证相关质量文件的建立、实施。
Job Responsibilities:
职责：
1. Participate in new projects and provide support for setting quality perimeters, evaluate quality requirements (such as drawing reviews/sample verifications/supplier review/control plans, etc.) Responsible for ensuring customer requirements are including in quality planning process.
参与新项目，提供品质方面的支持，评估品质方面的要求（如图纸审核、样品验证、供应商审核、控制计划等）,将客户要求转成为内部质量控制计划。负责将客户要求转成为内部质量控制计划。
2. Responsible for the inspections/testings and verifications for NPI projects and improvements.
负责新产品项目的检验、测试与验证以及改善确认；
3. Participate in Supplier quality management, including supplier audit and selections, negotiate with suppliers for quality and technical related issues in order to improve the product quality.
参与供应商质量管理，包括供应商审核，选择，与供应商协商质量与技术问题，以提高供应商交货质量；
4. Create and optimize control plans, IQC/IPQC/FQC inspection standards etc.
建立或完善产品控制计划，IQC/IPQC/FQC检验标准等；
5. Optimize the inspection methods, such as special inspection tool designs and applying for purchasing or verification
优化内部检验方式，例如产品特殊检具的设计、审购与验收；
6. Dealing with non-conformity or abnormalities in the production process.
负责产品生产过程中品质异常处理；
7. Handling of customer complaints, organize purge, investigations and analysis.
客户投诉的处理，组织肃清，调查与分析；
8. Provide analysis report from quality data, suggest and put forward the improvement measures and supervise the implementation and feedback.
提供质量数据分析报告，提出改善措施并监督落实与反馈情况；
9. Support the Quality manager for ISO system maintenance and development. Participate in internal audit and related quality improvement projects regularly.
协助公司ISO体系的维护及推进，参与定期组织内审或参与相关质量改进项目；
10. Other tasks assigned by manager.
经理分配的其他任务；
Qualifications, educational background and other requirements
职位要求:
1. College degree or major in mechanical systems – mechatronics or other related major.
大专及以上学历，机械、机电一体化或相关专业
2. At least three years’ quality control experience in machinery manufacturing enterprise.
至少3年机械制造企业相关品质管理经验
3. Familiar with mechanical drawings. Be familiar with the process of mechanical product machining (such as CNC, punching, injection) and quality management.
熟悉机械图纸；熟悉机械产品加工(如CNC，冲压与注塑)和品质管理流程
4. Be familiar with ISO quality management system.
熟悉ISO质量管理体系
5. Good command of reading and writing in English and the ability to interpret drawings written in English
具有较好的英语读写能力，能够解读英文图纸；
6. Organized, be able/willing to work hard. strong execution ability; good communication and coordination skills.
执行能力较强；良好的沟通能力和协调能力有条理，能吃苦耐劳；
