Job Responsibilities:
职责：
Responsible for the development of CMM’s new electronic projects, software and hardware, and the ability to work and solve related problems independently.
负责开发所有的电子产品，软件和硬件等,独立工作和解决问题。
- Responsible for constructive communication with PCBA suppliers and other electronic product supplier.
负责与PCBA和其它电子产品的供应商进行充分的技术沟通；
- Responsible for communication with customers related to all technical issues, hardware and software.
负责与国外客户进行所有技术问题的沟通，包括硬件，软件等；
- Responsible for reviewing and comparing electronic components and Processes and the pricing thereof (especially the key component, e.g., IC) from suppliers and negotiate best possible commercial terms with the supplier.
负责审核和对比从供应商拿到的元器件价格和加工费（特别是一些关键部件，比如：芯片），直至拿到最好的价格为止；
- Responsible for ensuring that the PCBA components from supplier are the right ones and ensuring that the supplier is able to guarantee the right quality consistently.
负责审核和检查PCBA元气件供应商的购买渠道是可以有100%品质保证的；
6. Responsible for analyzing the unqualified PCBA items, and work together with the manufacturer to find the root cause, and corrective action etc
负责对不良的PCBA进行分析，和制造商一起找出问题的根源和改善措施。
7. Responsible for the entire internal process related to the use of electronic products:
a) What and how to inspect the IQC.
b) How to assemble, program, and test the electronic products.
c) What and how to construct the FQC.
负责公司内部所有电子产品的所有工序的如下工作：
a) 如何进行来料检验；
b) 如何进行组装，烧录，测试等；
c) 如何进行出货检验。
8. Responsible for training team members how to handle and test electronic products.
负责对员工进行电子产品的所有相关的操作和测试的培训；
9. Responsible for designing and specifying the test and the test fixture.
负责电子产品测试工装设计和制作的跟踪等
Qualifications, educational background and other requirements
职位要求：
1. Education and Experience(教育背景及经验):
College degree or beyond in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering
More than 3 years working experience in foreign company is preferred. Good command of reading, speaking and writing in English.
电子通讯等相关专业专科以上学历，有外资公司工作经验3年以上者优先.
良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力。
2. Skills Required(技能要求)：
a. Well versed in PCBA designs
熟悉并能单独设计PCBA.
b. Familiar with all electronic components (especial IC) specification, brands, agents，and component pricing ；
熟悉各种电子元器件（特别是芯片）的规格，品牌参数，代理商，元器件的正确价格等；
c. Familiar with the softwares used for all relevant electronic products.
熟悉各种电子产品的相关软件程序的原理和编写；
d. Experienced in electronics project management and the ability to manage and handle projects from quotation stage to successful mass production.
有丰富的电子项目管理经验，能负责整个电子项目从报价到顺利量产的管理；
e. Well versed with all relevant computer software, for example: Office, CAD, Protel.
熟悉各种设计软件，如：
f. Well versed in innovating and reforming .
极富改革和创新精神；
g. Strong coordination and communication skills
极强的协调和沟通能力；
h. Works well under pressure。
